Installation Coordinator

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the installation of products and services for customers. This includes coordinating and planning with the installation team, project coordinators and subcontractors to ensure that installations are in place, completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. The Installation Coordinator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to customers and working in close collaboration with the Operations team.

Duties:

Manage and coordinate the installation of products or services offered by the Group.

Provide technical advice and support to customers.

Monitor and report installation progress to management and customers.

Find alternative solutions and remediation should the installation not progress as planned.

Ensure the installation team is always productive to ensure the deadlines agreed to with customers are met.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Any other job related duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.

Ideally posses an MQF level 4 in Construction or related field (but not required).

Possess a valid and locally recognised driving license.

Have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, ensuring accurate implementation of designs and specifications.

Be practical and take a hands-on approach when required.

Possess good time management skills.

Be a natural multitasker.

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, preferably and fluent in Maltese and English.

Have a good eye for detail and an ability to initiate things independently.

Have a positive attitude towards work.

Strong organisational skills
