Storekeeper
Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials, and reconcile items with the purchase order and/or invoice.
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Manage personnel and the materials required for their daily work.
Assist customers with their requests providing guidance on products and services.
Communicate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stock.
Responsible for packing, pricing, labelling, and returning supplies.
Organise division of storage spaces at the warehouse and follow-up management.
Help to identify and resolve any issues with inventory or stock management.
Maintains the warehouse in an organised, efficient, and clean environment.
Perform deliveries and/or collections to customers and/or suppliers during the absence of the Delivery person or when necessary.
Manage the operations office during the absence of the Operations Manager.
Other related duties as assigned by the company.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Familiar with MS applications especially Excel and Outlook.
Driving license category B / B(auto) – CAR.
Be able to drive a forklift.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to lift boxes and other materials.
Well organized and self-disciplined.
Fluent in both Maltese and English
